1. Who operates this service

2. What this app does

ComplyPeppol converts invoice data you provide into structured EN 16931 / UBL 2.1 / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 XML, and checks it against the core mandatory rules of that standard. The service does not transmit invoices over the Peppol network and does not replace a certified Access Point provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or a legal entity acting through an authorized representative, to use this service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential. Your API key acts as an access token to your account — treat it like a password.

5. Accuracy of output

The generated XML document and validation report are based solely on the data you provide. We check a bounded subset of the mandatory EN 16931/Peppol BIS 3.0 rules (see the validation result page for exact coverage) — a passing result does not mean full compliance with the complete official Schematron rule set.

6. Donations / support

If a support button (Ko-fi or similar) is shown, it is a voluntary contribution on a separate platform governed by its own terms. It does not purchase any feature or warranty.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including any resulting tax non-compliance.
